Bosso leads the quartet with an effortless charisma, anchored by deep mutual trust. His trumpet radiates both energy and elegance, defined by an unmistakable tone and constant inventiveness. Yet, he always holds space for his fellow musicians, allowing their distinct personalities to flourish and unfold with every performance. The quartet’s music thrives on the intersection of these four visions—a single organism where Bosso’s identity and those of his companions merge into a unified voice.

The repertoire draws from a wealth of original compositions penned by all four members, alongside thoughtfully curated tributes and jazz standards. This rich, diverse program reflects more than just cohesion: it highlights the shared creative freedom that binds these musicians together.

Julian Oliver Mazzariello on piano, Jacopo Ferrazza on double bass, Nicola Angelucci on drums, and Fabrizio Bosso on trumpet, celebrate a personal and musical partnership spanning over a decade and documented across five acclaimed albums: Duke (2015), a tribute to one of the most influential composers of the twentieth century; State of the Art – Live (2017), a definitive milestone in the trumpeter’s career; Merry Christmas Baby (2017); We4 (2020); and We Wonder (2022), dedicated to the musical genius of Stevie Wonder.
